With over fifteen years of experience in the field of architecture, her diverse architectural roles include experience in proposals, interviews, design presentation preparation and delivery, project management, programming, campus master planning, architectural design guidelines, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration. She is skilled at working closely with clients through programming and design process to build consensus among constituents, and managing project team to achieve project goals.
She obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Architecture Degree, from the University of California at Berkeley, CA.

MARILY RIMMER, Project Manager
Marily Rimmer has over 15 years of experience in the field of architecture. Her career path has led her to develop a broad range of architectural skills ranging from contracts and programming to agency approval, construction administration, and project close out procedures. The project types she has been involved with include custom residential, office/commercial and educational facilities.
She obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Architecture Degree, with high honors, from the University of California at Berkeley.

Juan Moreno's current position in the office has helped him to develop a comprehensive set of architectural skills ranging from development of schematic drawings through completion of construction documents. He is involved with primarily custom residential projects with a concentration on detailing.
He obtained an Architect Degree from Universidad Piloto de Colombia equivalent to five years Bachelor of Architecture Degree.

SUSAN BUCHWEITZ, CID, Studio B, Interior Design
Susan Buchweitz is a Certified Interior Designer with diverse project experience encompassing corporate, civic, historical, educational, medical, senior, residential and religious facilities, and is the founder and director of Studio B, an independent interior design studio. She has over 28 years of experience specializing in programming, space planning and interior design of commercial facilities.
She is experienced in the selection and recommendation of interior architectural materials and finishes, as well as furniture, art and accessories. Adept at managing the design team from space planning and conceptual design throughout the entire project, including review of contract documents, shop drawings and furniture installation, Susan provides a high level of skill and service. She combines her passion for aesthetics with a commitment to excellence and innovation.
She obtained a BA, Art and Interior Design from the California State University, Long Beach, CA
